Soundbar stuttering

Hi.    I've had problems with my sonos beam 2 stuttering a lot.   
Sonos said the interference is coming from the sky q box and I should disable the box from claiming logical access 5 / Cec.   
Has anyone had a similar problem and been able to solve this?
