After a month of trying all the solutions I've seen on here and nothing working I'm about to cancel. Really frustrated that it's so difficult to access help. Anyway, last ditch attempt.
have checked Sony tv - all fine
swapped cables/ports etc
have just switched on and off six times during the news to get sound back.
sky q still regularly drops sound during live tv. What haven't I tried?
