Someone else is using my paramount +

I have been in the phone fur 2 hours, then get passed over to 4 different departments, the. They are closed so hang up . This issue is 10 months old x

Yes, just this evening but as the person is signed in they have to sign out first , sky kept me on hold for 1.5 hours then that dept was closed , I will try again tomorrow but the solution is to remove the app and then reinstall it with a whole new password ?!???

Sky don't care as long as u pay ur bill I have just been on phone cause the new sky plus is freezing and the lovely answer was u could always upgrade ur internet lol
