Paramount plus programmes are downloading very slowly or not downloading at all with error message code 9999.
I have no issues with other apps. My sky box is directly connected by Ethernet cable to the router. The router is working fine. The internet connection is working fine.

Previous requests on this forum for that error code have suggested rebooting your box, (turn off power for a few minutes then back on following on screen instructions) then go onto the Paramount plus app and watch anything it will allow and then pause it for a few minutes. This apparently resets the app and hopefully it will work. I hope that helps.
