Slow and no wifi

We are experiencing very slow Wifi, mini box and Sky Q not working no network connection called sky last night after 1hr 30 mins the phone test the equipment was being put through to Book engineer visit and got cut off.  Tried again this morning, but now being told by an automatic answer machines that sky customer services phone lines are down....... does any one have a different number for Sky.. need to get this resolved asap.

There was a problem with Sky support phones this morning: the same number should now get you through.
