Slot time

The engineer hasn't arrived my slot was 8am to 1pm today 

It's to connect Q box up for sky tv etc

Not had confirmation of any delays ? 

Please let me know whats happening

As we are customers here we can not tell you when they will turn up. As it has only just gone 1pm then you need to give them more time as it is possible a previous job has taken longer than originally planned.

Apparently customers who book an engineer for their Sky Q equipment should now receive a tracking link on the day of the planned visit. This will show when the engineer is expected to arrive.

 

Unfortunately some jobs take longer than expected and then impact appointments for later in the day.
