Skyq not operating properly

Skyq box says everything ok and connected , tried rebooting etc..  issues persist. 
issues are: takes time to change channels leaving blank screen for a while but still hear the sound of the channel changing from until finally changes. 
Not downloading sky cinema films and saying fault or taking ages.

sometimes a blue screen cones up saying fault.

box warm und clunky.

Visual tiles take a long time to populate. 
internet seems fine fur all other devices, so that doesn't seem to be the issue and the box says connected.

Your Sky Q box shows it's connected, but issues like slow channel switching, failed film downloads, blue screen errors, and sluggish UI suggest deeper software or hardware faults. Try a full power cycle, check for software updates, reduce HDMI resolution, and ensure proper ventilation. If problems persist, contact Sky support for a possible replacement or firmware fix.
