SkyQ remote

I ordered a new SkyQ remote and on my orders it says it has been delivered but this is not correct. However I have not recieved the new remote control. How can I raise an issue with Sky about this as there is no option on the 'My Orders' menu?

Give Sky a call. In the meantime you could buy one from a lot of retailers / larger supermarkets then you've always got a spare (or you can have both set up).
