SkyQ not retaining op address from router

I have to keep inputting the router up address as box won't retain it and when reconnecting I often get router not issuing up address. By have checked this out and all other WiFi gadgets are having no issue with connection. I've reset, rebooted them all numerous times

Assume you are referring to IP addressing.

Who is your Broadband supplier?
