SkyQ keeps freezing/circle of death

My Sky Q box keeps crashing. Either it will freeze and need re-booting or it will power off and need rebooting. I have updated the firmware and I always cycle the power when I reboot but the problem persists. Its virtually unwatchable now - does it every 20 minutes or so, sometimes even within a minute of being rebooted.  Its noisy when it freezes too.  Its not a storage issue either.  Sounds like it might need replacing? Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks
