SkyQ Mini Box freezing
SKY Q mini freezes intermittantly ( every 2-3 days), green light is ON but doesn't respond to any remote commands, the remote is working OK - switches the TV off/on, only remedy is to power off the mini, then all is ok until the next time.
The box is connected by ethernet, wiFi is turned off, the SKY Q main box is working correctly and shows a tick under network, remote mini connected etc,
SKY Q main box is connected via ethernet to my BT Hub, the main box and mini have static ip's.
The mini is connected to the same BT Hub again with a static ip address. I have updated the firmware in both boxes and reset the connection between the main and mini box.
The mini is connected to my Samsung TV in the bedroom, the TV reports no signal otherwise nothing is displayed on the TV, no error messages. Both the SKY Q main and mini box have had the standby option disabled. The mini is positioned on the wall behind the TV. Could this be a hardware issue?

Thanks - I have booked an engineer visit, so hopefully it will may be resolved soon.

I guess your doing your best but do these issues get reported/escalated. My boxes continually freeze or display Waiting for TV Schedule...
Can you give me a contact and case number so that I can persue this?
