Sky wanting q mini box back

I have recently renewed a new contract and have received packaging requiring me to send the  mini q  box back.  

I have kept multi room on the new contract so I obviously need this.  

Do you think it's ok to Just ignore this request?  I'm worried they will charge for not returning, but really can't face the customer services line again.   Thanks in advance for any help.

I removed movies and sports and changed broadband to fibre, but kept multiroom . Thanks

Did you discuss dropping Multiscreen (Multiroom is Sky+ terminology) at any point during the negotiation? It might be worth calling again as you've actually received the return packaging.
