No volume. Tried connecting a different tv and still no volume

Yes it was a Sky box issue. Resolved by resetting sound to factory settings in the end, thanks

I take it this isn't a Sky Go issue (where you have posted) so is this a Sky Q, Glass or Stream issue ?
