Sky sports football red button. No live shows.

I'm trying to select a game to watch but it's saying there isn't any available. There definitely is. Had this issue a long time now. I've updated the box and restarted it by unplugging it. Can anyone help please?

Hi @FDenni

Choice of Huddersfield vs Bristol or West Brom vs Wigan on red button on ch 403 (Plymouth vs Derby)

Yes I'm aware but when I press the red button it says there's no live shows available.

Did you unplug the box for at least 30 seconds when you reboot it?

Re: Sky sports football red button. No live shows.

My Dad tried to watch the west brom game but got a technical error message on the screen.

Unplugged the box and tried again and he ended up actually ringing the support centre up who took him through some trouble shooting steps that didn't work.

The person who was taking him through the trouble shooting steps then told him that the game was in UHD only and he needed to upgrade his subscription to be able to watch it.

I wasn't home otherwise I would have queried this with the customer service person because I've never known sky show games exclusively in UHD.

Is there anyone who works for sky able to shed any light on the situation at all please?
