Sky sports football not working

We have the full sky sports package, but the football channel says we need to upgrade. If we press the red button to upgrade, it tells us we already have the package! 

We phoned sky and the man on the line said that it's an issue for everyone. I can't see anything online about the channel being down - anyone trying to watch the sunderland Sheffield United match would be complaining right now! So I think we've been fobbed off.

Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix it?
