The wifi signal from my sky booster box has spontaneously changed and none of my boxes are now connecting to it. Tgey are joining my bt wifi and they keep losing connectivity as a result

The ssid is different from what it's been for years! Since then I'm having problems as the sky Qbox is linking to my bt router . Won't link when you press the wps button

Yes it is a Q booster attached by cable to a BT router. The Sky Q box and three mini boxes all used the WiFi network created by the booster to link together. They now are trying to use the BT WiFi network and have become very unreliable as a result.

Hi @Paul257
Have you tried rebooting the the Booster by disconnecting it's power lead for 30 sec and then reconnecting.
Next carry out a Network Reset on the main Q box found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router
Select connect to Sky Broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the booster (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically).

Thanks for your interest. I had already tried all tvat but a sky engineer j it at called and he did a factory reset on the booster box which fixed the issue with the sky WiFi network that has solved the problem.
thanks again
