Sky return

Hi

We left sky tv due to the price. We did our sky return back at the start of March which got delivered to them on the 6th March. 

Yet I'm still getting texts and emails to say they haven't reviewed the return. 
i used the label and packaging they provided. 
I've already contacted them twice and they said they would update my account yet I'm still getting texts and emails saying I'll be charged if I don't send it back but I 100% have. 
I have proof of postage that I sent it and they have received it 

 

anyone having issues like this?

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
