Sky remote stopped working

My sky remote has stopped working, I've turned the box off at the wall and turned it back on. Ive changed the batteries.I've been pressing 7 and 9 at the same time but the led light hasnt flashed once ? What can I try now please?

If you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement if your remote is definitely broken or faulty (this is not available for ROI customers).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.

The mini box is will not start up no power

You're not talking to Sky - we are all customers.  Also, what relevance has your issue with original post about a remote not working?

I am just another Sky customer!
