Sky remote not working this morning. New set so no battery issues - new sky box just fitted less than week ago. Tried 7&9 but no message on screen
Hi @Allie10 You will not get a message on screen by holding down 7 & 9, all that does is reset the remote. Use 1 & 3 until the instructions appear on screen.
