@Joseph41  You won't get an engineer on the back of your post, Sky can't identify who you are, nor would they send one just because you ask.

 

So  what issue are you having?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Joseph41  We really are going to need a lot more detail than a few words, please explain fully what the issue is with setting up Sky Q?

 

Is it a replacement box?  Have you moved and not told Sky?  why do you need to setup Sky Q again when it would have already been setup?

 

It would also help to not repeat your posts every few minutes.  This is not a Live chat systems and replies won't be instant.
