Sky q
Skyq very slow to react to inputs. That is, changing channels takes forever and sometimes doesn't happen at all. According to the box there is good signal, internet connection is good too. This is also happening on minibox in another room. Seems to all point to q box. I have gone through the usual reset process but no change. Any ideas pls??

@Awsum1 just to check you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
rebooting the mini box
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
