You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.
It's on a kind of spring mechanism so you need to initially push the card in and it should unlock and come out.
Also accept the power cable the courier brings in case it's a different fitting to the one you have already.
