Sky q still not working

After the issues (mr104] this morning this still isn't working and I can't get the remote to work to switch box off. Unfortunately plug to mains isn't easily accessible. But I can't turn off box at switch.

Pulling the power lead from the back of the Q box has the same effect.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
