Sky q replacement box needs rebooting every day

@QSky why does my new sky q box need rebooting every day? I have tried a settings reboot tonight and a few hours after that can't see bbc1, itv or any movie channels.

No messages, just a blue screen on certain channels. Had a replacement box last Thursday after hard disk error. Every day the box has failed on new recordings saying "power cut" and won't let me delete the partially recorded and delete from catchup, have to reboot to do anything. After 9 reboots it's getting a bit ridiculous.
