I know you say you have done everything but I will post what you have probably tried but stress a couple of the key points
For the reset of your remote:
Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times
Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared (You may need to make sure the IR receiver on the box is not blocked in any way)
If that doesn't work, try unplugging your SKY Q box (or switching off at the mains) and once fully powered back up, repeat the above
BTW You can find a virtual remote in the Android and iOS versions of the SKY Go app
