I've just got a new Sky Q remote control but the voice control doesn't work. I just get the 'Sorry your voice command didn't work, please try again'. I've rebooted a number of times. Any idea how I can get it to work?

Hi @ecwsw2 Let's start by checking you have paired it to your Sky Q box? It is always a good idea to refresh your DNA by rebooting your broadband router. Make sure that you hold it away from your face (about 8 inches). Mute the sound first if necessary.
Thank you for responding @MightyQuinn . It turned out the voice control function was faulty so I've replaced the handset and the new one is working fine!
