Sky q remote control.

Hello, my sky remote has stopped working.

I have re newed the batteries and completed the trouble shooting via sky virtual chat.

The remote was working perfectly before. Could a new remote be sent out please.

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare.
