What messages do you see on screen for example?

Very strange my box was not connecting to my t.v. I swapped the HDMI port and this resolve the issue sorry for my short panic rant of little to no subscription. Thank you for your fast response

I had no picture on all channels also. Turned the power off at the switch for 1 minute and all ok now.
