Sky q noisy box

Sky q box extremely loud...I've taken a recording of the sound, like a clock ticking loudly constantly. This box has been xxx had it this one is older than the last! Does anyone else have this problem?

No. Sounds like a busted fan or hard drive

Are there any sky employees that  can help? I'm fed up of being on hold on the phone lines continuously?

I have had the same for about 1 1/2 it just buzzes all the time even when not in use

It's a shame I can't seem to get a resolution to it.
