Sky q mini losing connection

Hi wonder if anyone can help,  I have 3 sky q mini boxes in my house 1 in my kitchen and 2 upstairs. If I unplug one of the upstairs boxes I lose connection on the one in my kitchen, when I plug te upstairs one back on the connection comes back.
