Sky q mini box stopped working

Sky q mini box was working fine then stopped working no lights etc on box and no sky screen on tv.  I've tried rebooting main box, pressing 7&9 etc on remote, unplugging loads of times, holding down reset button on mini box and swapping hdmi cable - any ideas anybody 🙏
