Sky q mini box keeps locking up

Mini box keeps locking up,swapped it with one from another room and that does the same both boxes work in the other room so obviously it's not the box

Hi @Kevla Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?

If you are still having problems in the same room, then you may need a SKYQ wifi booster, which you would situate between the Mni box and the main SKYQ box.

You will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor for the wifi booster.

I've got boosters everywhere put in by sky technical engineer I've got super fast fibre broadband sometimes the box just doesn't turn on you have to switch off at mains then back on other times it has sound and no pictures it's only started happening a couple of weeks ago I've even tried moving the hdmi lead to a different socket on the tv
