Sky q main box connection issues

Having had no problem for 3 years my sky q now refuses to connect to my Wi-Fi. I have sky broadband and nothing has changed in terms of password etc.

 

 I have tried restarts and resets and unplugging and plugging back in again and not getting a connection at all
