Sky q losing connection to plusnet router AND sky booster

Hi, I have plusnet broadband and my main box is in the same room as the router. I also have a booster for the mini boxes. Everything was fine until a couple of months ago when my main box started regularly disconnecting from the router. I then connected it via the sky booster which is in another room and it was fine for a few weeks. Now its started again. I do network reset as can't find any instructions about pressing wps button. At the moment I am connected via the router but have no idea for how long until it drops. When it was connected via the booster the middle button on the booster was Amber.

Did you resolve this or still having problems? Plusnet sent me a new router but it still keeps dropping.
