Sky q keeps turning off every 15/20 minutes

My sky Q box keeps turning off every 15-20 mins, tried un plugging done a update and reset no joy

@Josey72It could be the standby settings on your TV, for some reason some don't see a signal on a HDMI input as in use and go into standby. You can probably turn this off in settings or lengthen the time so it is not a problem.
