@fecked+of

It is one subscription per postal address so unless your granny flat has a separate address (as recognised by the post office) it's not possible to have a separate account.

Hi @fecked+of

Afaid you cannot have multiple accounts at the same account address.

Two accounts on same WiFi with Q wouldn't be practical.

Even if there's officially 2 addresses there's the other issue about sharing broadband... (2 Q's won't co-exist on the same network)

There are ways to segregate them but would be beyond a standard install and most people's technical ability.

HI @fecked+of

in addition to @Daniel0210 says about accounts

The engineer is correct regarding 2 main boxes - they are not designed to work with a single internet connection (irrespective of separate wifi)

The simplest way is to get another Internet connection installed.  Not particularly cheap mind.

Purchasing network equipment and configuring VLAN's may be a step too far...

hi @fecked+of

Is that a main box & a mini box ?

If that is the case the 2 boxes need to be on the same internal network

can you get a separate mobile based internet connection?

(I think you missed a third "f" off your username by the way 😉)
