Sky q box

Did not renew sky contract. Sky sent me a box to return q box modem etc. the box they sent was too small to take q box, had instructions for modem and cables. how to get another freepost box from sky?

@DAVIJOHN49 or just use your own bigger box and put everything in to 1 large box

As the notice period for the Broadband cancellation is 14 days the packaging is always likely to arrive first. The notice period for Sky Q is 31 days.


You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
