Is it the TV set that is losing the signal @Martin84 ?

Does is say No signal or No Satellite signal?

Re: Sky q box

How long is the HDMI cable? - It should be as short as possible (<<5m) and depending on the resolution (4k?) you are trying to get the TV to display, as high a rating as possible.

Generally:

Standard HDMI = 720p or 1080i at 30Hz

High speed HDMI = 4k or 1080p at 30Hz

Premium HDMI = 4K with HDR up to 60Hz

Active HDMI = cable fitted with booster to cover longer distances.

Try setting the Sky output resolution to a lower value (eg: 1080i) and see if it still does it.
