Sky q box

My sky q box not working. Trying to set up downstairs and on step 2 of 4 it tells me to press the arrow button until it flashes but every time the button flashes orange straight away and nothing happens when I press and hold it

@CharlieClover you need to press the WPS button(the arrow) on the nearest piece of Sky Q equipment to the box you are trying to set up i am assuming its a mini box you are trying to set up
