Sky q box won’t maintain connection
Hi
I had new sky broadband fitted with supporting sky pod.
Sky q box connects, but can't maintain WiFi coverage, so I have live tv only.
I can reset network connection, and it will only hold for around 5 minutes max
I have tried all configuration setting (w3, w2 etc), tried various resets, ensured sky q box is at latest software configuration .
Does anybody have any idea's , before I get a sky engineer involved ?
Old WiFi worked fine - wish I hadn't bothered upgrading

Carry out a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router.
On Sky Broadband with the new Sky Max router then you need to connect it as if it is a 3rd party router.
If you are on 3rd party (non Sky or with Sky Max router ) then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Thanks, tried this but the same result.
connects for about 5 minutes and then fails again 😞
