My Sky Q box is stuck on updating software step 1 of 2.
Have followed your online guide a few times and it seems to suggest I need a new box. Gutted as we'll lose loads of recordings - is there any way to get at least a list of our recordings or could you try and recover a list when we return our old box? Most programmes will be available on a catch up service but I have films etc from a few years ago. I haven't requested a new box yet in case you can also help fix this one first!
Oh yeah and obviously this all happened on Christmas Eve - argh!
