Sky q box pin

Hi there just went back to sky after a break. Trying to watch a download n it's asking for my pin I've tried everything I can think of nothing is working tried to reset it and it's asking for my bank account number. Which I don't use anymore as it was years ago. Tried 4 digits on my viewing card etc not working still. Any ideas I'm going daft here, it's not accepting nothing even my account number on bank cards

Normally it's the last 4 digits of your viewing card..

Tried still no working as it asked for information I don't have
