Sky q box not connected to network

Been a few days where initially tv says programme not available and I've powered down sky q box and reset sky router to get tv programmes but still says sky q box not connected to internet

im doing all this every time I turn on tv

My boxes not connect to my router have checked router ok with provider and password but will still not conn ct
