Hdmi lead is plugged in as it should be, sky was working and hour or so ago, now the light on the box is green, but TV is just saying no signal. Nothing has been unplugged or anything nothing has changed from when it was working earlier.

Hi @Caroline89
First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.
This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
