Sky q WiFi error and box freezes

Hi all, 

Anyone had a issue with Skq Q losing WiFi connection, when trying to reconnect I get the searching screen spinning but the whole remote control freezes and nothing will get off the page. I have to turn the box off in order to get out the page. It has been like this for 2 weeks. I have no network, reset option either ?

Who is your  Broadband supplier?

If Sky do you have a Black or White router?
