Sky problems with sky box software

Hi everyone, I have a main Sky Q hub and 4 mini boxes. I understand I can only have 2 mini boxes on at a time but that isn't the problem, I'm fine with this set up. It seems every time I switch on a TV I get an error message saying 'cannot connect to sky mini box' therefore I have to go through the ridiculous scenario of unplugging everything and resetting the system. There is nowhere I can get any answers so the only thing I feel like doing is cancelling everything from sky, any ideas from anyone very welcome! X

@Sdboo

Try rebooting your hub then do a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with all the mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.
