Sky pin

So last 2 nights after 9pm i keep getting skyline locked try again in 10 minutes. However 10 or even 25 minutes later it's the same dammed thing.

Seems.find during the daytime but after 9pm it seems to lock me out.

Really couldndonwothbworkimg out what's happening here. K have turned it off at power and back on again but no luck.

Ah. I did not even notice the typo.. sky pin. Not skyline. The problem with being constantly exhausted and trying to do 100mph in my head all the time. 

During the daytime my sky pin seems to work. Which is great, stops the kids watching stuff they shouldn't. But once it seems to pass 2100 it just comes up saying "sky pin locked, wait 10 minutes and try again"

And presumably it doesn't work 10 minutes later either?

and you're obviously using the same PIN?

It seems to just stay lock all night it seems, I can access it rightnow, and the pin numbver has not changed, my partner or myself do not put the wrong oine in, it just seems to want to actyuall lock.

Hi @Steve81uk   This certainly a strange one, after monitoring the community for 10 years plus, this is the first time I have seen this issue. I assume you have tried a power reboot. I would review all the parental settings Managing parental settings

@Steve81uk  This is a long shot, but have you checked the Parental settings? Under Family make sure they're all set to Off (excluding "Hide adult content" unless.....🥴)
