@Marinabuckner  You posted in the send thanks to Sky board which isn't for raising issues with Sky equipment or services, if you could advise what your have an issue with the post can be moved to the relevant board so that help can be provided.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
