@Bideford+user

Did you previously have a Sky Q mini box as part of the Multiscreen subscription (Multiroom is for Sky+), and if so have you returned it?

Hi @Bideford+user   Did you not receive a Sky Q Mini box when you subscribed to Multiscreen? That is what they are looking for you to return.

Hi @Bideford+user   This is what confused us 😀. If you cancelled/renewed that would have triggered a return. This is totally automatic so you can safely ignore the return request. Just a quirk on the Sky systems.

If you only paying £8  month I presume you are only paying for the Sky Q box at that price to get the free to air channels you can't have a Sky subscription  at that price?

Hi @DaveDrizen  Have a look at the title. The £8 is purely for the Multiscreen subscription. Incidentally, I am also paying just £8 for my Multiscreen subscription (discounted from £15).
