My sky vip area says duly multi room for £7.50
when I click to add it, it adds it as £15.00
I called Sky and spoke to an agent with a tick foreign accent, who really struggled to understand my northern accent.
She offered the package at £8.00
Why can't I get it at the £7.50
so frustrating dealing with foreign agents, having to speak like I'm talking to a 3 year
old.
she litterally took the mickey out
of me regarding refusing to upgrade for £8 when I'd seen the offer for £7.50
